How do I make mailing lables using Pages?

Pages v5.6.1 does not have native Mail Merge capability. You can create a new Contact group in the Contact application, and import a comma-separated-values (CSV) into the Contact application. Then, you select that new Contact group, and from the File menu, select Print… . The print panel supports Avery labels, and can assist you in generating sheets of mailing labels.
Or, you could simply download and install the Mac version of the free Avery Design & Print software, and feed it the CSV data. It will walk you through the whole process. I have this software installed.
