Hi everyone,
I bought Garageband yesterday and now write after three attempts to install loop library. GB just download all, install and show me loops in the panel but do not play it.
Is anybody help in this problem? In attached picture shot of panel where loops shown but not active.

Have you tired to rebuild the loop index?
Click the title "Loops" at the top of the Loop Browser, then use the last entry in the drop-down menu that will appear "Reindex All Loops".
Actually it works, but partially. Now I see the loops, they play in loop browser but when I try to move it at the play panel, shown popup "tool EX24"2-bla-bla.exs" not available (not found)

Did you download all new sounds?
From the GarageBand main menu bar:
GarageBand > Sound Library > Install All Available Sounds.
Of course, moreover I tried to reinstall library - still not works. In the dropdown menu active only "reinstall library"
Are you using Mainstage or Logic Pro as well? The update of Logic caused for me the same error in GarageBand that you are seeing, because it replaced loops by versions that required newer instruments.
In that case updating the sound library for the other applications will help. is your current GarageBand version 10.1.1?
if not , update. That update fixed for me the EXS24 errormessage.
