Call Drops / No Service after 9.3.1 update

I'm seeing a SUDDEN & INSTANT increase in call drops
also not to forget slow response on my Iphone 6 after updating to ios 9.3.1 (latest version as on 29.04.16)
Has anyone found a solution yet ?

Strongly suggest for a rollback to 9.3

OR

Release an update to fix this worldwide
