Change battery in ipod classic

I doubt Apple are interested in performing such a service but you could ask at your local Apple Store. The part is available online for a few $/£ if you want to do it yourself, or there may be third party repair outfits who can do the job for a fee. I've change several in 5th & 6th gen. classics. The hard part is getting the case open, but there are how-to videos that explain the process.
