After update our screen is HUGE! Can't navigate, is this a glitch?

After our update our iTunes store screen is huge! Can't navigate properly and a lot of things are cut off due to the larger icons. We didn't do anything except for the update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and problem still there. Any suggestions?
