Glitches on iTunes/Apple Music - Windows 10

So I re-subscribed to Apple Music lately and I opened up iTunes naturally - which I haven't used in a while, but have had no issues with before. To my surprise the display had become all glitchy. It's not showing artwork and when I scroll down there's lines through the display that disappear when I scroll up or click out of iTunes. I downloaded the most recent version of iTunes and installed that/restarted my computer to see if that would fix it but it's still there.

Anyone come across this before/know what could be causing it?
