Cyrillic Alphabet help

Hello all!

I have Russian songs where the titles are in the Cyrillic alphabet, however, when I import into iTunes, the characters become unrecognizable garbage. I have read that I need to convert to unicode, but I cant seem to figure out how to do this. Any help that anyone can provide me with will be greatly appreciated.
