Cannot update apps or iCloud them
CCannot update apps or I cloud them Because of a payment issues. I thought they were free
Downloading updates to apps is free, but if you owe iTunes money (are you getting a 'problem with a previous purchase' message ?) then you will have to pay off what you owe before you will be able to download anything else (including updates to apps, redownloading past purchases, and downloading past purchases) : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
Or is it a different problem ?
