I lost contacts on Mac OSX 10.7 and want to back up contacts from my iPhone. How can I do this

A virus erased my outlook and I had to reinstall outlook. I have had to rebuild all my information, including my contacts. I would like to download my contacts from my iPhone 5, is it possible. I have sync with iTunes, but it only goes one way. I have Mac OSX 10.7 and want to back up contacts from my iPhone. How can I do this?
