Can I trade in my iPhone 4 towards an iPhone SE?
The whole "Apple Renew" thing is very confusing and gives very little detail to which phones are eligible.
So can I trade in my iPhone 4 towards the SE? If so, How much would be put towards the SE?
Sorry, not sure what you mean by very little detail? See this link. It clearly indicates that iPhone 4 and newer are eligible. This is a recycle program, where you send you phone in and you get a gift card. It is not for trade-ins:

You may be getting it confused with the upgrade program which has a very specific set of rules, and only applies to iPhone 6s and newer:

It is a bit confusing, but both the recycle and trade in programs are very specific as to which devices are eligible.
The Trade-in program would only be valid for phones that are in working order. The Recycle program would apply to any device.

As we are not Apple employees, may I suggest that you visit a store - they will be in a much better position to answer those questions.
I am in UK and the answer is yes, go to the store that is the easiest least complicated way, I have just changed my 4 for an SE at the store.
