iTunes login broken again

I have a brand new iMac Retina 27". Beside the fact that Finder is a freezing up failure. (locks up every day at least once.) iTunes, the interfering near useless monster app that screws with everything, will NOT finish processing my CORRECT password. You have to stop hiring teenagers to do your coding.
What in the world is wrong with the iTunes login now?

Right now the wheel is spinning. The red "X" won't light up to let me quit. I can't go into System to change anything because the control-freak iTunes login won't let me open the system panel to do anything else.

I have to kill it in Activity Manager to do anything else.
