Comcast requires an outgoing port setting for email acounts. Where do you find and how do you edit the outgoing port setting in Mail 7.3?

Mail/Preferences/Accounts - select the account and go to Advanced. You can change it there. If it keeps changing after you set it, uncheck Automatically detect and maintain account settings.
