Playing "Live Photos" on an iMac

Hi,

My friend took a "Live Photo" with his iPhone 6S. He texted me that "Live Photo" to my phone, which is a 5S. It worked fine.

Is there a way to get that "Live Photo" on my iMac to be able to play it on my computer?

If so, How?
