update not installing
The update is not installing on my MacBook Pro. What should i do?

What update? 10.11.4? Have you tried downloading the combo update from the Apple website?

More information would help. What happens when you try to install the RAW format update? Have you tried installing the update in the Safe Mode or another admin account? If you go to the menu with the option/alt key held down you can run System Information. In the Software/Installation section, does the update show there?

i haven't tried safe mode and I looked in sys info. and it's not there. Is there not a way to download and install?
what is the easiest way to attempt in safe mode if I,can't DL and install?

I provided the link to the combo update on Apple's website if you cannot get the install to work through the App Store. Have you tried it?
