Windows 7 bootcamp stops at blinking cursor in left upper corner

Hi,

On an iMac (late 2009) I've got running Windows 7 in a Bootcamp-Partition. After upgrade to El Capitan, my MBR settings stoped working - as usual.

Using gdisk and the steps suggested by LonerT I am normaly able to fix this myself. But this time Windows stops booting at the blinking cursor in upper left corner.

Any suggestions?
