Having trouble resetting security questions
Hello,
Apple ID is telling me I need to create a new one, I am unable to log in to change my security questions whcih I cannot remember.
Please help!
Have you tried to reset the questions as described here at this link? If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
if you do not remember the answers to your questions and do not have a working rescue email, contact Apple Support. You will need the help of Apple to get access to your AppleID.

If you can't reset your security questions
If you can't send a reset email, don't have a rescue email address, or can't access email at your rescue email address, call us for help. When you call, you might need to create a temporary support PIN to verify your identity. After you reset your security questions, you might want to update your rescue email address.
