Your phones may be close cousins and just want to talk over their histories
since leaving the factory. Perhaps if you don't want them to do this, change
your settings; see if they are associated in iCloud. Change the password.

Since I don't have the kind of problem and had not heard of these phones
getting together I am sure someone can relate to changing the settings to
make your iPhone more secure; or disassociate it with other numbers, etc.

There are several levels of security beyond most casual user's notice.

So the answer is likely in your settings; privacy, security, & sharing; among others,
to include iTunes, Music, internet settings, etc. that allow others access.
