Apple TV missing photos in my photo albums

When I click on any album, some photos are dislplayed, but many others are missing, always the same ones

i I have tried switching off ATV, and refreshing iTunes home sharing photos, but the problem remains

all the photos are there in the album on my Mac

hope this is a common issue
