How can I recover a movie that I 'Delete Everywhere' from iMovie theatre on iPhone??

After watching a movie I decided to remove it from iMovie on my iPhone to create more space... but pressed the 'Delete Everywhere' button..... By the time I got to my iPad an iMac (with Time Capsule) the movie had gone. Can anyone help point me in the right directio
