iTunes wont recognize my iPhone

Question

iTunes wont recognize my iPhone

When I plug my iPhone in to my computer, iTunes no longer reads it, and my iPhone refuses to update wirelessly. I need to know how to get iTunes to see my iPhone again so I can update it! Thank you!

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3

Is your computer a Mac or a PC, what operating system is on it, and what version of iTunes is on it ? iOS 9 has minimum system requirements

It's a PC... windows 10... I've downloaded the newest version of iTunes... like 3 times.

I'm hoping that somebody in that iTunes For Windows, who knows more about iTunes/windows than I do, will reply and be able to help
