can anyone help me about how to find syncing password?

when I connect my iPhone to my laptop it s syncing the phone, so I did put password for my phone while ago. without this password I cannot sync my phone with my old data...
Ok.. that makes more sense now.
You need to reset your Apple ID password. Instructions here > Apple - My Apple ID
Then you can sync your iPhone.
but I know my apple ID, the problem is I did put separate password to keep people away from my personal data but I can not remember it now.
Encrypt iPhone backup that was the thing I was try to explain. if you know anything about it can you tell me please. thank you
