My phone keeps glitching and its acting like im touching the screen when im not and the screen is perfectly clean.. like you know when your phone gets wet on the screen and it acts like if you're touching it but you're not? Thats what it's doing to me except my phone is perfectly clean.

Does this only happen when it's plugged in? If so, you may have a bad charging cable. Try a different on. If it happens all the time, you may have a problem with your digitizer. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store for evaluation.
