My son's iPad mini was stolen but recovered but it had been erased and linked to another account. we have reset it but need account info and password from thief. Not happening so how do we fix this?
Don't have original receipt but have police report along with the other items removed from our bus at a high school basketball game. We are located in a small town in Kansas so a physical store is hours away. Is there another method?
