iCloud not syncing on iCloud Drive in Windows PC

-I'm saving movies on my iCloud drive through iCloud.com Normally what happens is that it syncs on my windows PC and I just copy the movie from there to my hard drive but now when I open iCloud drive its not showing anything, not even the folders. I tried signing out and in of the iCloud and reinstalling iCloud drive but still the same.
