Itunes gift card balance not showing up in balance

I redeemed $30 worth of gift cards to my account and none of the balance is showing up. I know I didn't spend $30 and the purchase history doesn't show anything recent.

Any way to get these back in my balance?

Log out and back in. If the balance doesn't update, clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

Was the gift card for the Mac App Store or iTunes Store?

Did you also try to logout of your Apple ID and then back again?
