Windows won't show up! Help ASAP!

So, about 2 weeks ago I used bootcamp to partition and installed Windows 7 and then upgraded to Windows 10. I downloaded software but now the 300 Gigabytes of storage isn't enough so I made the partition smaller for OS X El Capitan. So I reboot so I can make the Windows partition bigger, but then it shows in a MS-DOS kind of format "No bootable disk - Insert disk then press any key" or something like that so I like "Ok, I'll just restart and hold the ALT key so the screen pops up but it ONLY shows Mac HD and no BOOTCAMP. Please I have alot of important data on that partition.

MacBook Pro, Windows 10, I also had Mac OS X El Capitan.

This is not officially supported - Boot Camp: Resize the Windows partition .

Can you post the output of the following Terminal commands?

diskutil list

diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

A. We need to disable SIP.

1. Boot into Local Recovery (Command+R).

2. Start Utilities -> Terminal.

3. Type csrutil disable in Terminal and press Enter/Return.

4. Type csrutil status.

5. Boot normally, and type csrutil status to confirm that all individual entries are still disabled.

B. Correct MBR using Fdisk. Please ignore i386 MBR error message.
