microphone used with Beats Solo2 Wireless Headphones

Regarding Beats Solo2 Wireless On-Ear Headphones, if I plug in RemoteTalk cable to my iPhone, where is the microphone that is used for phone calls, is it built-in microphone on earpiece or microphone on the RemoteTalk cable? Does the RemoteTalk cable have a microphone?
