I'm working in iMovie 10, and want to copy a certain portion of the audio from my project and paste it into another section of the same project. How do I do this? Thanks for your help.

Just to add to Rich839's answer, if the audio you want to copy is in a video clip you can detach the audio and do the copy paste as with an audio clip.

Select the audio clip by clicking on it. Then Edit/Copy. Then move the play head to where you want to insert the copied audio clip. Then Edit/Paste. Then trim it to size.
