iTunes Billing

I was looking to rent a movie in iTunes but never did find the option to do so. I figured it would show up after the download, but I did not have enough storage on my iPad Mini to download the trilogy. It is my understanding that iTunes will not bill you if the download failed. Now there are three movies in my Videos app....if they did not download, why are they showing there? I can't do a thing with them.

I digress, sorry. Bottom line is I did not want to purchase this media at all...I wanted to rent it. I was charged $49.26 for something I didn't want, that didn't download, that didn't install. I submitted a trouble ticket to iTunes Support; when I sent it, a message came back saying there is no refund for this item. Resolution to my satisfaction would be reversing the charge made to my account.

Ideas, anyone?
