started using icloud music library
Some of the songs that are in my library on my laptop are not syncing to my phone.. I don't know why that is. Can someone explain that please.

It looks like you've turned on iCloud Music Library on your computer but some of the songs didn't appear on your iPhone.
In this case, I'd first recommend turning on iCloud status and download icons in iTunes. The status and icons may give an explanation for why certain songs didn't appear in iCloud Music Library on your phone.
