iPhone 6 keypad

Hi my iPhone 6 has recently started typing without the keypad being touched,jumping from one screen to another,randomly calling people and sometimes the keypad is completely unresponsive.I have no scratches on the screen and no signs of visible damage i am running 9.3.1. OS has anyone got any ideas plz
