why is my appleId still disabled on my music after changing my password

I have reset my password, changed the questions, everything seems to be working fine. I can connect to the store, log on to the Cloud. But when I try to play music another my iPad or my iPhone, I get the message "your appleID has been disabled". Please advise.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1
