iphone 6 wont sync after turning off icloud music

So i tried to home share my iphone and it didnt work just stayed on the home sharing screen for a bout 30 minutes so i turned it off, then turned off icloud music library as well, and now my phone wont sync and i cant get any new music on my phone, both phone and computer just act like theyre sinking but it continues for hours, on about hour 8 for the 3rd day in a row
