What causes error code 0x80020000 when trying to burn a disc?

I was attempting to burn a CD of photo's. Have never had an issue before today. (4-29-2016)

I looked to the support comments but most were dated several years ago, and the conversation was LOCKED.

1. Highlighted the iPhoto file. 2. Went to finder and did the Create New Burn Folder

3. Did the Drag & Drop of file to folder.

4. Inserted CD and the computer made the "power up disc sound" but then gave me the error code & ejected the disc.

Can anyone help me with this issue.
