In January, sometime last year I accepted to Tidal Trial but forgot about it and did not use it at all .It is now July 2016 and noticed that between $11.99 and $19.99 per month has been deducted from my credit card without any notification. When I wrote to TIDAL about this, the reply was that, cancellation could only be done through iTunes.Where in iTunes?

In my Apple account there are no existing products and services I am subscribed to and no link to cancel anything.

My question is the same as yours..how do I cancel Tidal and get my money back?

In terms of a refund, purchases are considered final but you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Not sure why you think that a fellow user on these user-to-user forums can cancel your subscriptions for you, you have to do it yourself - follow the instructions in the link already posted on this thread
