iPhone 4s is running much slower in iOS 9.x.x! How to downgrade to iOS 8.4.1 or 7.1.2 or even 6.1.3/4 ?

Apple does not support downgrading. There is no method to do it.

No, especially since the older versions of iOS are no longer signed by Apple, which would make activation impossible. I cannot speak to jailbreaking, since it is prohibited to discuss here on the forum.

You cannot even downgrade to iOS 9.3, nothing, like I've been saying all along.
