iPhone 4s is running much slower in iOS 9.x.x! How to downgrade to iOS 8.4.1 or 7.1.2 or even 6.1.3/4 ?

My iPhone 4s is running muchhhh slower in iOS 9! Please I need to downgrade with proper & working method! I cant jailbreak sorry! so tell me method that doesn't need to jailbreak! iOS 6 would be better!

And Apple...please stop focusing on update, first fix the stability! I know 4s is too much old device, it has only dual core cpu with a5 chip and 512mb ram, but still, atleast make a lite version of ios for older devices! now I am thinking I should buy android phone over 4s! really! BAD PERFORMAncE!

Apple does not support downgrading. There is no method to do it.
