My daughter purchased an album on her new Mac. She can see the album fine, but her lap top can't seem to find her phone for downloading. She has the same itunes account on the old computer, which can sync to her phone. However, the album is not showing up. When she goes to the store it says it is purchased. We tried logging out and back in and it still does not show up.

Thank you. I tried everything suggested in that link and I still can't find the music. There is nothing hidden and I searched the computer and it just can't be found.
