how do you put instrument names on conductors score after the first system
How do you put in instrument names on a conductors score after the first system, i.e. pages 2,3,4, etc.?

You have a couple of choices:
File>Project Settings>Score>Numbers & Names tab
Under Instrument Names there is a drop down menu for "Other Staffs"
Choose Full names and you are done, or, in the Score Sets Window, you could enter 'Short Names" as required and select that for the other staff names.
