Grafikkarte läuft nicht richtig

Hallo, mein MacBook Pro von Mid 2009 hat neuerdings Probleme mit der Grafikkarte. Sobald ich den Mac zb an einen Fernseher anschließe, ist dieser total überfordert und es ruckelt. Wenn ich zb Ein Spiel spielen möchte, klappt dies ebenfalls nicht. Laut Steam stimmt irgendetwas mit dem treiber der Grafikkarte nicht.
