after update problem

i have apple iphone 5s 16 GB last time i update my phone I.O.S 9.3.1 after update my phone in hange at any time for few second how can i solve this problem with my phone please give me solution avout this

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1

From your question, it sounds like your iPhone is becoming unresponsive after the most recent update. If this is the case, I suggest restarting your iPhone as suggested in the following article.


If your screen is black or frozen

First, try to force your device to restart.

  • Forcing your device to restart won't erase the content currently on your device.
  • You can force your device to restart even if your screen is black or your buttons aren't responding.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.


If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on - Apple Support
