I'm having trouble using the VPN on ipad 9.3.1

If I use a VPN I cannot get a web page. I have tried Astrill and Express. I can connect to both but then I cant load a web page. I have uninstal

iPad Mini, iOS 9.3.1, VPN blocking safari

Hi

Try Tunnel bear VPN from apps store also try Firefox web browser from apps store .
