My former rescue email is ************** .This was my former company email .At the moment I am not working in that company and this email is not exist and valid. now , I need to change my Rescue email to my other private email :**************, would you please change it .

If I have understood correctly you must change the Apple ID connected to Developer Portal from here.
Dear Friend , I already check your mentioned page for changing my rescue email address but via that page this address could not be changed !!
...on the right there is a light blue link named Edit, click on it and then on Change your Apple ID...

After answering your security questions you should get a screen where you can remove your existing rescue email address (click the 'x' to the address's right) and add a new one

The problem is that , I don't remember my replies to security questions !!
for knowing this questions I need apple to send replies on security email .my security email is not available now .So, I need to define a new security email first !
