I Did not receive an email for my security question and my account is locked

My account was perfectly normal , after I brought an iTunes card . i wanted to buy something and it ask me for my security question .

i Had forgotten and I tried reset them . I didn't receive any email at all on all my accounts .

After trying 1 more time for the security questions , my account was locked . Please help me , my $50 amount is still in that account
