My phone won't let me install software 9.3.1 and apps I have installed and deleted will not let me reinstall! Can anyone help?

I tried to update my snapchat the other day on my iPhone 5S via software version of 9.2.1 but it wouldnt update. I then deleted and tried to reinstall it and it wouldnt install. I then deleted all of my apps in case it was a case of memory, but it memory wasn't the case, so now I am left with no apps 😟 I then read comments online that I would need to install the software 9.3.1 but my phone wont let me, i have restarted it seveal times, logged out of my app store, reset my whole phone, deleted a lot of items and still no luck! Can anyway help?

It looks like you haven't been able to update the Snapchat app or iOS, and you've tried some good troubleshooting steps so far.

Are you trying to update wirelessly? If so, try updating using iTunes on a computer. You can use these steps from Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

Update your device using iTunes

If you can’t update wirelessly, you can update with iTunes. If your computer uses the Personal Hotspot on the iOS device that you’re updating, connect your computer to a different network.

Install the latest version of iTunes on your computer.

Connect your device to your computer.

Open iTunes and select your device.

Click Summary, then click Check for Update.

Click Download and Update.

If you see error messages in iTunes or need more space to update

Get help when you see error messages while updating your device with iTunes. Or if you need more space for an update, you can delete content from your device manually.
