I tried recovery mode, it shows the recovery mode on my screen but itcouldn't detect my phone?? idk

Make sure your PC is running the latest itunes 12.3.3
Turn iPhone off connect USB lead to your pc
Press& hold the power button down dont let go connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed down
Until PC sees iphone then wait for restore you may need to do this more than once before it works.

I still can't open my phone, but when i connected it to my pc the apple logo showed up. After that i tried recovery mode i heard that my phone connected to my pc but when i opened itunes it still couldn't detect my phone though, is ithis normal or shoild i try this again?
I turned off my iphone 6, then when i turned it on the apple logo showed up, then after seconds it went black. I tried to turn it on again and the apple logo showed up and it also turned black after seconds, the cycle keeps on going on.
