Is it possible to use 2 windows pc with icloud?

Dear all,

I'm connected to icloud with my professional windows 7 laptop to synchronise outlook calendar contact fav etc.

But I want to connect to icloud with my personal windows 10 desktop to synchronise photo.

There is an issue, as every time i'm trying to connect to my personal desktop I've got an error message.

Anybody encounter this issue?
