Q: Apple ID security concerns

Hello,

I'm using iPhone 6, and living in Israel - therefor have no option of receiving support by a phone call even though i find this topic extremely urgent.

This morning i have received an alert (not by email from apple but by a pop up massage) that some number (unknown for me) "is associated with my Apple ID"

clearly this number does not belong to me, nor any of my family members. immediately i entered Face time and Messages settings and discovered this strange number has appeared there. I disabled it but was not able to delete it. Later i logged in to iTunes in purpose to change my apple ID password but could not answer my security questions even though im pretty sure my answers were correct. Meaning, my questions might have been reset by this person.

Unfortunately i have no security email registered so i cannot reset my questions, more over due to multiple attempts i'm blocked - receiving the following message: "Too many incorrect verification attempts. You have made too many attempts to answer your security questions."

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1
