every time i try to use my apple ID it asks me security questions that i don't know and if i try to reset it IT WONT WORK

Every time i try to use my apple ID, it prompts me with security questions. Of course, i forgot them. 😠 so when i get the e-mail, and i open the reset questions, it tells me the link isn't valid anymore. THIS IS AFTER 5 SECONDS OR LESS! So, i can't do anything. HELP!
