Q: Jay bird X2 earbuds keep disconnecting

HI--I just received the new Jaybird X2 ear buds.  I've paired them with my Apple Watch and they keep disconnecting.  I've unpaired and re-paired many times and they work for awhile then goes back to the same pattern.  I have had a few other Bluetooth earbuds with the same frustrating results.  Is there any suggestions on a brand that works consistently?  I don't understand why this continues?
