I am using iTunes 12.2. because when i updated to 12.3. it crashed when i connected my phone. I managed to make it work again by downgrading but somehow the iPhone did not recognise the iTunes library any more. I had to reactivate music synchronisation etc. but i can not do so with the apps. However, if i click the little "remove" "install" or "update" button it works

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.1, 32GB
